Job summary

You will guide program development, ensure service quality, and drive sustainable growth while strengthening systems, budgeting, staffing, and family communications across Groves and partner sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in education, student services, or a complex, people-centered environment.
• Experience building, expanding, or improving programs, services, or operating systems.
• Understanding of students with learning disabilities and attentional differences, and ability to lead specialized professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering diagnostic assessments, tutoring, ADHD and executive functioning coaching, speech-language services, and related supports.
• Shape program development, service models, partnerships, and sustainable growth using data and collaboration.
• Strengthen scheduling, staffing, enrollment, family communications, and program delivery.
• Lead financial and operational performance of educational and clinical services.
• Build trusted leadership across educators, clinicians, and partners and manage cross-functional coordination.
