Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Three or more years in partnerships, referrals, or outreach.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with education, healthcare, or nonprofit settings is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Build a network that matters by strengthening relationships with key professionals.
• Tell the Groves story to connect families, schools, and communities.
• Turn introductions into referrals, partnerships, or next steps.
• Engage in partner visits, presentations, and community events.
