10+ years in live events or related media programming.
Established roster of political, corporate, and media figures.
Strong bipartisan editorial judgment and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Build bipartisan, research-backed content plans with top speaker and moderator suggestions.
Cultivate moderators and prepare them for events.
Design engaging program timing and agendas with innovative formats.
Lead high-impact senior guest booking for The Hill Summits calendar.
Oversee editorial operations to ensure a seamless experience for the team.
Foster editorial partnerships within the newsroom and with senior staff bookers.
