Slate is building safe, reliable vehicles in the USA. This GM role owns slate.auto, overseeing the storefront, marketplace, configurator, and customer experience from first visit through preorder and delivery, with a strong focus on engagement and lifetime value.

You will lead product management and analytics, partner with software engineering and cross-functional teams, and drive GenAI initiatives to improve SG&A costs and overall performance.

Formación

• 12+ years of GM experience with deep expertise in ecommerce, digital product, or consumer retail, including leadership of a consumer ecommerce site.
• Ownership of top-of-funnel conversion for a consumer site with measurable gains.
• Product management leadership across customer-facing and internal products such as customer or partner service and order systems.
• Proven track record in lifecycle, CRM, or loyalty programs that boosted repeat purchases.
• Strong quantitative skills including SQL, funnel/cohort analysis, and experiment design.

Responsabilidades

• Steward the slate.auto buying experience; set content, pricing, display, and checkout standards.
• Own the top of the vehicle purchase funnel from first visit to preorder and installation handoff.
• Lead product management for storefront, configurator, cart, checkout, and owner account.
• Build engagement programs to renew and upgrade Slate vehicles across lifecycles.
• Develop customer service and reverse logistics workflows with self-service tools.
• Run end-to-end order experience with cross-functional teams for readiness and delivery.
• Drive marketplace success for accessories and wraps and optimize funnel, attach rate, and repeat purchase.
