The role requires a long track record in DTC, hands-on product thinking, and a passion for premium brand hospitality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading high-volume, high-growth DTC eCommerce.
• Experience guiding site development, UX, and digital product teams.
• Omnichannel fluency with a luxury/premium brand mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own LAKE.com revenue and performance end-to-end.
• Lead site development, UX, and the digital experience roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing, experimental team.
• Collaborate with Retail and Operations to unify brand experience.
