Job summary

DoorDash Air is seeking a Head of Product to own the end-to-end strategy for aircraft software, autonomy, services, and platform integration at scale. You will connect the order and logistics stack with the autonomy and UTM components, delivering features that balance execution, safety, and business impact across DoorDash’s marketplace.

You will drive the roadmap for mission planning, vehicle health, and fleet orchestration while collaborating with senior leaders to align technical investment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or technical product leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or aviation tech.
• Track record delivering complex software or cyber-physical platforms.
• Experience spanning embedded/vehicle software, cloud services, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for DoorDash Air’s software, services and platform.
• Define roadmap across autonomy, aviation software, data, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead product requirements for UTM, airspace management, and fleet orchestration.
• Develop business cases tying technical investment to unit economics and scale.
• Coach engineers and shape the product organization for scale.
