Job summary

Zaxby’s Franchising LLC in the United States seeks a Director of Distribution and Logistics to lead the enterprise distribution network from supplier ships to restaurant delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective product flow to every location.

You will own end-to-end performance, build strong distributor relationships, and drive inventory health, promotions readiness, and geographic expansion through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Advanced certifications (CSCP/CLTD/CPSM) preferred.
• 7–10 years in distribution, logistics, or supply chain leadership roles; 5+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise distribution and logistics strategy for food, packaging, and promotional items across the restaurant network.
• Own end-to-end distribution performance from supplier to restaurant, including delivery and acceptance.
