Job summary

The Club in Charleston, SC is seeking a General Manager to lead the dining and guest experience within a newly evolving concept. The role demands a hands-on hospitality leader who can manage day-to-day service from the floor while shaping standards, culture, and operational integrity.

You will partner with culinary, beverage and events teams to deliver polished, personal service, recruit and develop a strong front-of-house team, and drive financial performance as the club grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury restaurant/hospitality leadership.
• Hands-on operator on floor during service.
• Strong F&B knowledge and guest-centric approach.
• Ability to build team and culture.
• Comfort with ambiguity and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining experience: oversee daily operation and ensure Club standards.
• Build and lead a great front-of-house team, with real-time coaching.
• Help develop and evolve restaurant service standards and guest experiences.
• Drive operational and financial performance with staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Be a connector within the Club, partnering with culinary, beverage, events, and programming teams.
