Job summary

The Director of Digital Solutions at Etnyre International, Ltd. leads the digital transformation efforts, translating the business strategy into scalable digital capabilities that improve operating performance, strengthen decision-making, and support profitable growth.

This hands-on leader guides the enterprise roadmap, develops the team and external partners, and contributes to solution design, deployment, and continuous improvement while balancing value, cost, and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years delivering digital, data, automation, or technology solutions, including at least 3 years leading technical teams.
• Recent hands-on experience building and deploying solutions with measurable business results.
• Strong SQL and analytics skills; working knowledge of cloud data platforms, APIs, and applied AI.
• Experience improving manufacturing or industrial processes with practical change management.
• Ability to develop business cases and communicate with executives and frontline employees.

Responsibilities

• Set the digital roadmap and prioritize opportunities by value, feasibility, and capacity; establish sponsors and success metrics.
• Improve business processes with cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, engineering, finance, sales and service.
• Contribute to designing, prototyping, developing, and troubleshooting analytics, automation, integrations, and AI solutions; lead end-to-end delivery.
• Make data trustworthy by establishing metrics, validating reporting, and enabling self-service analytics for decisions.
• Lead the team and external partners, coaching, budgeting, and knowledge transfer.
