Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in software development and digital platform engineering.
5+ years leading engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of modern web architecture and front-end frameworks.
Experience leading cross-functional digital delivery teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the engineering strategy for the airline’s direct digital channels, including public website, mobile web platform, and digital booking journeys.
Ensure platforms deliver best-in-class performance, reliability, and user experience.
Develop and maintain scalable digital platform architecture for future innovation.
Lead and mentor a high-performing digital engineering team for frontend and platform development.
Establish engineering standards, frameworks, and practices for quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with UX, product, and internal developers to translate design into scalable engineering solutions.
