Talent Right is recruiting on behalf of a Australia-based B2B growth agency. They seek a hands-on Head of Digital Performance to lead paid media, SEO, AI search and a team of digital specialists. This is a full-time remote leadership role with overlap with the Australian business day.

You will own digital performance, drive AI-enabled workflows, and ensure accurate measurement across GA4, GTM and CRM. Strong leadership and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital/performance marketing, preferably in a multi-client agency with B2B lead gen.
• Proven direct leadership of specialists with measurable underperformance improvements.
• Strong Google Ads expertise with hands-on SEO knowledge, not just reporting.
• Practical AI workflow experience and understanding of AEO/GEO and measurement limits.
• Commercial fluency from traffic to leads, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities and revenue.
• Excellent English, concise senior-stakeholder comms and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own commercial digital performance across multiple B2B accounts: lead quality, pipeline contribution and efficiency.
• Oversee Google Ads strategy and technical work, including search, Performance Max, tracking and budgets.
• Lead SEO and local search strategy with the ability to audit and guide specialists.
• Drive AI-first delivery: structured briefs, reusable AI skills and automated workflows.
• Ensure measurement via GA4, GTM, call tracking and lead-to-revenue reporting.
• Coach the team, uphold standards, and provide proactive client recommendations.
