Job summary

Twoconnect is hiring a Senior Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition and support organic growth across ANZ. You will own planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across Google, Microsoft Bing and Meta, while guiding channel strategy and budget allocation for ecommerce growth.

You will also drive SEO initiatives, email marketing, and landing-page alignment, partnering with design and web teams, with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth for multi-brand sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least five years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing e-commerce performance across multiple websites or brands.
• Proven ability to scale paid media budgets with strong ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads.
• Develop channel strategies for Australia and New Zealand.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPA and other commercial KPIs.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate assets with design and web support and support Shopify-based sites.
• Provide strategic direction to management and report performance.
