You will manage a team of engineers across embedded hardware, FPGA development, DSP, and avionics, partnering with program, systems, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable, compliant solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in digital electronics, embedded hardware or aerospace systems engineering.
• 3+ years leading electrical engineering teams and full product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers for Digital Electronics across programs.
• Oversee design, development, verification, and qualification of FPGA-based, embedded, and avionics hardware.
• Establish unified engineering standards and drive design assurance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with program managers and functional leaders to balance priorities and manage risks.
• Define acceptance criteria, monitor metrics, and guide staff development for long-term depth.
