Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of CAAHEP accreditation standards.
• Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a diverse population of students and faculty.
• Implement strategies for retention, completion, engagement, and accreditation compliance.
• Counsel and advise students through individual and group sessions.
• Educate faculty and staff on policies and expectations.
• Coordinate events and maintain documentation for accreditation.
• Collaborate with clinical partners for student internships.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with FERPA and related regulations.
