The Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA) is seeking a Vice President of Development to lead our fundraising team and grow donor partnerships that fuel our work. You will work closely with our CEO to execute a bold fundraising growth strategy and join the Leadership Team.

This full-time, remote role requires strategic leadership, a proven track record in major gifts, and the ability to translate vision into concrete donor engagements across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Seven or more years of experience in major gifts fundraising, relationship-driven sales, or business development with a track record of closing major gifts.
• Strategic planning and team leadership experience.
• Ability to report outcomes to donors and build long-term partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Lead and build the development team with clear expectations and performance reviews.
• Execute FGA's fundraising strategy with high-dollar donor partnerships.
• Open doors with new prospects and manage the donor pipeline.
• Close major gifts through tailored, in-person, phone, and virtual asks.
• Own development data, processes, and tools like Salesforce and Basecamp.
