Responsibilities

• Define a compelling vision for Waymo's DevAI platform and transform internal workflows into AI-first paradigms.
• Prioritize investments to guide a high-impact core team in a rapidly changing landscape.
• Lead as the primary educator on AI-Powered Devtools for Waymo engineers and organize information for actionable insights.
• Own developer productivity surveys and engineering education programs aligned with DevAI strategy.
