Job summary

Fuse Energy Technologies is seeking its first Head of Design to own the brand system and design strategy for all touchpoints, from the website to investor decks and films. You will set the creative standard and partner with internal and external teams to ensure a cohesive voice across every channel.

You will start by leading the in-house 3D artist and external partners, then expand into industrial design, UI/UX for control systems, and the architecture of the fusion plant campus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in visual, product or industrial design with leadership experience.
• Experience building a brand system across web, print and spaces.
• Strong storytelling and writing for visuals.
• Ability to direct photo/video and coordinate with agencies.
• Experience working with founders/executives and translating complex tech.
• Proven track record launching public-facing branding.

Responsibilities

• Set Fuse’s brand identity and guidelines, and bring them in-house.
• Direct front-end website audit and new site launch with campaigns.
• Lead investor deck visuals, renders, floor plans and launch film.
• Create a steady stream of photo, video and written content.
• Hire and manage designers, content producers, and external partners.
• Run the studio with clear workflows and asset library.
• Collaborate with architects and video partners.
