Ephrata National Bank seeks a Senior Virtual Customer Solutions Specialist to join its virtual branch in Ephrata, PA. You will drive needs-based sales and service interactions, delivering financial wellbeing solutions while mentoring teammates to strengthen the retail division.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
4–6 years of related experience in customer service/sales.
NMLS registration required or to be obtained within 6 months of role acceptance.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Expand and nurture the bank customer network through proactive sales and service initiatives.
Focus on financial wellness discussions and identify solutions for future needs.
Demonstrate first-contact resolution for banking issues and account problems.
Open consumer and business accounts and perform routine transactions.
Mentor and educate virtual branch employees and contribute to training.
