Revic AI is seeking its first Head of Demand Generation to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth. We’re looking for Revic’s first Demand Generation hire—a full-stack, hands-on builder who can design the plan, execute the campaigns, and scale the function as we grow. You’ll partner closely with our founding Account Executive and leadership team to deliver predictable, marketing-sourced pipeline and lay the groundwork for product-led growth down the road.
Own the pipeline number. Set and deliver quarterly targets for pipeline and leads.
Design & launch campaigns across paid social/search, targeted display, email nurtures, LinkedIn InMail, direct mail, and partner webinars—test aggressively and reallocate budget to what converts.
Optimize the martech stack. Take our existing HubSpot instance to the next level: tighten funnel automation, enrich data, refine attribution, and keep reporting airtight.
Run account-based motions. Use Revic’s AI to build target lists, craft multi-touch plays, and partner with the AE on personalization and follow-up cadences.
Create high-impact content (one-pagers, case snippets, landing pages) that resonates with CROs, RevOps, and enterprise sellers.
Instrument & iterate. Track CAC, payback, and leading indicators; kill under-performers fast and double-down where ROAS is strong.
Plant PLG seeds. Collaborate with product on in-app prompts, free-tier onboarding flows, and usage-based upsell experiments.
Document & scale. Build repeatable playbooks, brief freelancers/agencies, and hire future teammates when the engine is humming.
Full-stack marketer. 5-8+ years driving pipeline for B2B SaaS (enterprise ACV $20–100 K) with proven wins across paid, ABM, and lifecycle.
Hands-on operator. Comfortable switching from growth model spreadsheets to writing ad copy, building HubSpot workflows, or tweaking a Salesforce report.
Data-obsessed experimenter. You live in dashboards, run A/B tests weekly, and let the numbers—not opinions—dictate next steps.
Technical enough. Fluent in MAP/CRM, attribution tools (e.g., Bizible/Domino), intent data (6sense/Demandbase/Bombora), and basic HTML/CSS for landing-page tweaks.
Storyteller. Can translate AI and RevOps jargon into crisp, benefit-led messaging that moves CROs and AEs.
Startup DNA. Bias for action, thrive in ambiguity, relish building 0 → 1 processes, and value radical ownership.
Bonus points for: experience marketing AI/ML products, prior success in seed-to-Series-A companies, or a stint as an SDR/AE earlier in your career.
