Base pay range

$210,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr

Aventis is partnering with a leading technology firm to create an AI Innovation Team. We are seeking a Head of Program Management / Senior Program Manager / Head of Business Analysis with an AI & Data focus to implement enterprise strategies. This role offers the opportunity to deliver AI and machine learning solutions that address real-world business challenges and support digital transformation.

• Salary: approximately $210,000–$275,000 plus bonus and benefits
• Location: Remote, with HQ in Miami, Florida, and hubs in New York and London, UK
• Growth Opportunities: As part of an emerging division, you'll work with leadership to promote AI adoption and internal growth.

Key Skills, Attributes, and Experience:

• AI & ML Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise AI solutions, machine learning deployment, data science project lifecycle, and cloud-native ML services like Azure ML.
• Programme/Project Leadership: Experience managing complex AI, Data, or Digital Transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage CxO and Director-level stakeholders, translate business needs into delivery plans, and manage expectations.
• Commercial Acumen: Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets, creating proposals/SOWs, and contributing to growth.
• Delivery Methodologies: Skilled in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks; adaptable to project needs.
• Technical Oversight: Comfortable overseeing Data Engineering, MLOps, Model Deployment, and AI Product teams (hands-on coding not required).
• Risk & Governance: Experience with programme health checks, risk registers, RAG reports, and escalation procedures.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and cross-functional squads.
• Problem-Solving: Logical approach to challenges and rapid course correction.
• Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and reporting dashboards.

Role Overview:

You will own large-scale AI and data transformation programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to high standards. Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and leadership, you'll design delivery models, implement governance, and scale AI solutions.

This high-impact role combines strategic program management with emerging AI technology expertise, enabling stakeholders and clients to achieve measurable business transformation through AI.
