The position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services Digital Transformation Team. The Transformation team within Enterprise Services (ES) seeks a passionate Program Manager to lead ES service adoption activities supporting the oneRTX strategic initiative. The focus is on using lean principles to maximize cost-effectiveness, quality, and employee experience through increased adoption of ES services. The role involves working with leaders within the organization.
