The Transformation team within Enterprise Services (ES) seeks a passionate Program Manager to lead ES service adoption activities supporting the oneRTX strategic initiative. Role Details:

This is a remote position, primarily offsite from a U.S. location, with travel up to 10%. Candidates in Farmington, CT are preferred but not required. The salary range is $176,000 - $352,000, based on experience and other factors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital optimization strategies, collaborating with Digital Technology leaders to identify needs, propose services, and develop deployment roadmaps.
• Design and execute a strategic blueprint for digital services transformation.
• Evaluate current Digital Services against industry benchmarks.
• Ensure program milestones align with operational and financial targets.
• Leverage program interdependencies for efficiency.
• Manage risks, build contingency plans, and ensure quality and process improvements.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned, with travel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Typically, a University Degree with 14+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 12+ years.
• Minimum 5 years in digital strategy development and implementation.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in digital strategy consulting, stakeholder management, and solution delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in top consulting firms (Big 5).
• Leading digital transformation initiatives, especially in process standardization and enterprise tech adoption.
• RTX CORE Certification or Lean Continuous Improvement experience.
