Seekr, an AI technology company serving defense and national security customers, seeks a Program Director to lead strategic partnerships and drive mission‑critical programs from prototype to program of record.

You will own executive relationships, orchestrate cross‑functional teams, and shepherd complex DoD programs through lifecycle stages. The role requires active clearance, broad defense domain experience, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility highly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in defense programs with DoD mission systems integration across ISR platforms, C2 architectures, or tactical/strategic communications systems.
• Hands‑on experience spanning full program lifecycle from concept to program of record.
• Strong customer-facing program leadership and multi‑stakeholder partnership experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end executive relationship with Seekr’s strategic defense partners.
• Develop and manage a joint partnership governance framework including program reviews and NDA structures.
• Lead joint capture activities from opportunity identification to proposal development.
• Represent Seekr in engagements with government customers and industry events.
