Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Lead Data Streaming engineer to grow and manage the Data Streaming sub-team within Data Ingestion. You will ensure reliable collection, normalization, and routing of pentest telemetry at scale, guiding the team from its current state to 6–7 engineers while shaping pipeline reliability and throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of 5–8 engineers in production data pipelines.
• Proficiency with streaming architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).
• Experience designing data normalization, enrichment, and schema evolution at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Data Streaming sub-team execution and health; drive sprint cadence and design reviews.
• Own ingestion throughput, latency, and error rate SLOs; establish on-call/runbooks.
