Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director of Data and Analytics to lead enterprise data strategy, oversee ERP integration, and drive practical analytics solutions across the organization.

You will lead a small BI team, work with executives, establish data governance, and advance Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure data services.

Travel up to 25% to Marmon Metal Services locations; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, CS, info systems, business analytics, engineering; advanced degree is a plus.
• 8–10+ years in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or enterprise data; 3–5 years leading teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure data services, SQL, dimensional modeling, and enterprise reporting.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with analytics; Epicor Kinetic preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong business partnership and change leadership in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the architecture, development, deployment, and support of scalable data platforms and dashboards.
• Advance Fabric, Power BI, Azure data services, SQL as core analytics capabilities.
• Integrate Epicor Kinetic and other ERP systems with analytics environments.
• Partner with executives to translate business needs into measurable analytics outcomes.
• Build data governance and security standards; lead a small analytics team.
• Foster data literacy and self-service analytics through training and support.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and apply AI thoughtfully.
