Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in math, physics, engineering, finance or CS.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience leading data science teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists, providing technical guidance and career development.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver ML, AI, and analytics use cases.
• Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Develop, test, and deploy predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI solutions.
• Oversee model development: feature engineering, algorithms, training, validation, and monitoring.
