Job summary

Acquisition Network LLC, in partnership with Career Launch, is conducting Head of Data searches in the San Francisco Bay Area. Senior data leaders will direct data platforms, ML initiatives, and governance to improve products and operational decisions.

You will translate business priorities into measurable data products, hire and mentor teams, and communicate results to executives. Final compensation, work arrangement, and interview process are disclosed before submission.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in machine learning, data science, data engineering, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong statistical, technical, and experimental judgment.
• Experience taking data or model work from discovery into monitored production use.
• Ability to connect technical work to revenue, customer, risk, or operating outcomes.
• Clear communication with executives, engineers, analysts, and nontechnical partners.

Responsibilities

Compensation and location

The anticipated base salary range across represented Head of Data searches in San Francisco Bay Area is $210,000 to $330,000 per year. Final compensation depends on the employer, scope, level, experience, and work arrangement and may include bonus, commission, or equity where applicable.
