Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Data & AI Product Manager to lead enterprise PM framework and portfolio governance in a data-driven organization. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and value realization for Data-as-a-Product, coordinating with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong SQL/analytics capability, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree.
5+ years relevant experience.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Strong PM practices, methodologies, and lifecycle management.
Ability to develop strategic product roadmaps and investment plans.
Ability to translate complex problems into actionable product requirements.
Strong financial acumen, including ROI analysis and value measurement.
Influence stakeholders and build consensus across business and technology teams.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead the enterprise Data & AI Product Management framework, including governance, success metrics, Data-as-a-Product standards, AI lifecycle management, Responsible AI practices, and value realization processes.
Establish and manage the Data & AI product intake and demand management process.
Evaluate requests, prioritize initiatives, and align investments with strategic objectives, resources, and value.
