Job summary

Clay is seeking an accomplished Data Marketplace Operations executive in New York to lead strategy, analytics, and operating machinery behind our data marketplace and partner ecosystem. You will drive long-term planning, scalable margin, and pricing methodologies while aligning Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to scale.

You will partner closely with executive leadership across Data Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Revenue Ops, Product and Engineering, reporting to the Head of Data

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy and operations, or revenue operations.
• Experience with marketplace or enterprise alliances.
• Ability to build executive dashboards and financial models.
• Comfort with cross-functional governance and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual planning for the Data Partnerships org.
• Define pricing, margins, and commercial models for marketplace offerings.
• Oversee billing, revenue reconciliation, and partner lifecycle governance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering on compliance and implementation.
