Job summary

10x Genomics is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to define and execute a vision for new AI-enabled data offerings and services. Based at our Pleasanton HQ, the role can be remote or hybrid, and focuses on turning opportunities into investable programs with cross‑functional execution.

The candidate will drive ideation, evaluation, GTM strategy, and scaling of datasets and insights products across biomedicine, with strong collaboration across teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience ideation, evaluation, GTM, and scaling of a business that sells datasets or in related areas.
• Deep familiarity with data and insights needs in Pharma R&D or Dx development is a plus.
• High bias to action, iteration, and engagement to rapidly develop and test ideas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for 10x to develop new offerings and businesses enabled by AI and data.
• Translate opportunities into investable proposals leveraging 10x capabilities and partnerships or M&A.
• Work cross‑disciplinarily to develop sound execution plans and required capabilities.
• Champion the vision with senior leadership and the Board to secure alignment and investment.
• Lead the execution of new opportunities from concept to implementation.
