Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Data Management & Engineering to lead data platforms, governance, and AI-enabled marketing analytics for CIB Marketing.

You will direct data engineering, architecture, and data products to enable scalable insights, client intelligence, and campaign optimization. Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of technical teams and complex delivery portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture and engineering practices including data integration, ETL/ELT, APIs, orchestration, cloud platforms, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data management and engineering strategy for CIB Marketing, aligning technical investments with business and analytical objectives.
• Lead and develop teams responsible for data engineering/architecture, data integration, AI/ML modeling, and data products.
• Own data and controls for global email audience targeting and list management, including segmentation and sanctions screening integration into campaigns.
• Establish and manage a multi-year roadmap for data capabilities supporting marketing measurement, lead generation, client intelligence, analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including data modeling, transformation logic, reconciliation, quality controls, and metadata.]
• Build data products that are reusable across lines of business and analytics teams.
• Establish governance across data lifecycle including quality, metadata, lineage, privacy, retention, and compliance.
