You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive productivity, cost optimization, and continuous improvement, while upholding safety, regulatory, and ethical standards in power infrastructure. The role spans Raleigh and Santa Clara with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Senior leadership experience with proven success in driving growth and meeting financial targets.
• Experience in the energy sector and familiarity with matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
