Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a proven people leader to guide multi-disciplinary teams in delivering complex data center projects with colocation partners. The role focuses on driving timelines, budget adherence, quality, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include directing design/ commissioning documentation, overseeing startup activities, and managing vendor contracts while maintaining high standards and strategic alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience overseeing data center construction projects with colocation providers.
• Strong leadership to project managers and strategic goal setting.
• Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Ability to drive quality control and risk management across projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of data centers by colocation providers and ensure delivery within timeline, budget, and quality targets.
• Provide high-level leadership to project managers and set strategic goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Direct creation, review, and maintenance of design, commissioning, and problem-solving documentation.
• Direct oversight of quality control processes to meet design specs and industry standards.
• Lead site walks and oversee startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects.
• Identify and communicate risk gaps to executive leadership and mitigation plans.
• Serve as primary point of contact with colocation providers and manage external vendors and contracts.
