Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the build-out of data centers with colocation partners in the United States. You will manage multiple project teams, oversee planning, risk management, and documentation, and ensure adherence to design specifications and schedules.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality data center infrastructure including power, cooling, networking, and cabling systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; optimize resource use.
• Oversee documentation including design reviews, commissioning, and problem-solving papers.
• Manage quality control processes to meet design specs and industry standards.
• Direct startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects; manage risk and mitigation.
• Serve as primary liaison with colocation providers and oversee vendor contracts.
