Job summary

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an informatics leader to head Data and Information & Performance. You will develop and enhance the analysis service, lead the data warehouse, and enable self-serve reporting for performance, capacity, and data quality metrics.

Collaborating with clinical services, you will ensure governance, security, and national reporting alignment while guiding a team and driving innovative analytics across the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the CPFT data warehouse and data integration.
• Lead the development of the data warehouse aligned to strategy and new data sources.
• Provide assurance on data quality, change control, and security testing.
• Develop and quality assure applications for data integration with available tools.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify opportunities and provide technical leadership.
• Produce transparent reporting from extracts to analyses and visualisations.
• Manage the BI team with recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Support research initiatives, service evaluation, and national developments.
• Ensure all activities comply with information governance and confidentiality.
