Prism Health North Texas, Inc. is seeking a Lead Informatics & Analytics Developer to stabilize, develop, validate, and modernize our clinical, operational, financial, pharmacy, quality, grants, and executive reporting environment.

This role provides technical leadership across Snowflake-based data analysis, SQL development, Power BI dashboard development, and KPI standardization. You will design semantic models, implement DAX and Power Query, and ensure reliable reporting.

Senior hands-on analytics role focused on stabilizing and modernizing reporting environments.
Proven ability to develop, validate, and deliver actionable healthcare analytics.
Strong collaboration with stakeholders across IT, HIM, Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams.

Responsibilities

Stabilize, develop, validate, and modernize Prism Health North Texas' analytics environment across clinical, operational, financial, pharmacy, quality, grants, and executive reporting.
Lead Snowflake-based data analysis and reporting initiatives.
Develop and validate SQL reports from source to report, ensuring data lineage and accuracy.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models; develop DAX and Power Query logic for KPI standardization.
Oversee report inventory, documentation, QA, and certification; drive data governance and reporting maturity initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports decision making.
