Montefiore New Rochelle is seeking a Senior Director/Co-Director of Performance Informatics to lead the Data & Analytics team within the Network Performance Group. The role focuses on improving data access, quality, and reporting to drive performance improvement across the health system.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in health policy, informatics, analytics, and senior leadership experience in a large academic medical center, with expertise in AI/LLM and data governance.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Health Policy, Informatics, or related field.
• PhD preferred for advanced research and leadership.
• 10+ years of experience in Data and Analytics.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing implementation and performance.
• Healthcare AI/LLM implementation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & Analytics team within the Network Performance Group.
• Drive interdepartmental collaboration to improve data access for quality/performance improvement.
• Set performance goals and guide quality improvement initiatives.
• Establish data governance and reporting standards with enterprise Power BI.
• Partner with executive leadership to align data strategy with pay-for-performance programs.
