Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Data Analytics to lead the enterprise analytics strategy, governance, and execution from a national remote base. You will drive AI-enabled insights, partner with executives, and build scalable, world-class analytics capabilities across the organization.

You will set roadmaps, mentor senior data professionals, and shape data-driven decision making to improve client outcomes and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications in analytics or BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the data analytics strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Advises executive leadership on AI, analytics, and data-enabled decisions.
• Drives adoption of analytics, cloud, automation across the organization.
