Job summary

Comcast is seeking an Executive Director to build and lead an integrated Data and AI Governance, Architecture, and Product organization. This leader will translate enterprise strategy into a coherent portfolio of trusted, scalable data and AI capabilities while safeguarding security, privacy, and responsible-AI standards.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience across data, analytics, AI, technology, digital product management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading multiple functions at enterprise scale, including governance, architecture, product management, or data platforms.
• Proven ability to translate enterprise strategy into operating models, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of modern data and AI architectures, cloud ecosystems, analytics, ML/AI tooling, and governance practices.
• Experience establishing data governance, responsible-AI, privacy, security, and risk-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise strategy for data and AI governance, architecture, and products.
• Serve as a senior advisor to the Chief Data Officer and executive leadership on opportunities, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish an integrated operating model linking governance, architecture, and product delivery.
• Lead organizational design and talent development for governance, architecture, product management, and data platforms.
