Job summary

You will own data platforms, analytics governance, and data strategy; set the technical direction for data, ML, or applied AI initiatives; and translate business priorities into measurable data products and experiments.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in ML, data science, analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong statistical, technical, and experimental judgment.
• Experience taking data or model work from discovery to production.
• Ability to connect technical work to revenue, risk, or operating outcomes.
• Clear communication with executives, engineers, analysts, and nontechnical partners.

Responsibilities

• Own data platform, analytics, governance, and data strategy.
• Set technical direction for data, machine learning, or applied AI initiatives.
• Turn business priorities into measurable models, data products, experiments, and production systems.
• Establish standards for data quality, evaluation, privacy, and responsible model use.
• Partner with engineering, product, security, and business leaders on implementation and adoption.
• Communicate tradeoffs, limitations, and results clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Develop team capability through hiring, mentoring, documentation, and repeatable operating practices.
