Job summary

Diagnostica Stago in New Jersey seeks a Manager, Customer Success & Operations to lead the team delivering an exceptional customer experience across the lifecycle. You will own the strategy and execution of the operational customer success model, ensuring proactive communication, reliable execution, rapid issue resolution, and a strong sense of partnership with customers.

Success requires combining customer advocacy, operational discipline, and analytics while building a team that takes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline required.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or related function.
Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience or demonstrated leadership of complex teams and projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational Customer Success strategy and standards.
Oversee onboarding through ongoing account management with clear ownership and accountability.
Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth ERP/CRM workflows and price/account accuracy.
