Job summary

Albatross, a company powering perception models for global marketplaces, seeks a Deployment Strategist to own post-signature customer success. You will drive pilots to measurable results, convert pilots into long-term contracts, and oversee renewals and upsells across all four platform primitives.

You will recruit and lead a deployment team across Europe and the US, ensuring rapid adoption and scalable success without bespoke code.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying SaaS or API products into enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to build and run a customer success, deployment or solutions function from zero.
• Strong track record in renewals, upsells and net revenue retention.

Responsibilities

• Own every customer relationship after signature for the CPO/VP Data/VP of Engineering.
• Run pilots to a measurable live result (A/B readout) and convert to contracts.
• Manage renewals, upsells and multi-primitives deployments across marketplaces.
• Lead the Deployment Strategist team across Europe and the US, hiring as needed.
• Provide a single front door for customer support and maintain trust through fastest responses.
