Role Overview

The Head of Customer Success at Verifi Concrete is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by developing and executing customer success strategies. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer value and align Customer Success with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and define Verifi's end-to-end Customer Success function and approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy
  • Oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and retention programs
  • Lead the Customer Success team, including Account Management & Field Service
  • Establish and track key success metrics (NRR, CSAT, Churn Rate, etc.)
  • Act as a key voice of the customer in product development discussions
  • Develop processes for proactive issue resolution and escalations
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Product, and Engineering to enhance customer outcomes
  • Own the execution of QBRs and strategic customer engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Customer Success role in SaaS or industrial tech startups is desirable
  • 4+ years in top-tier customer success, consulting, strategy, sales, field service or corporate leadership roles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive strategy
  • Prior experience in construction technology, industrials, or infrastructure-related businesses is preferred

Location: USA (Flexible on location; ability to travel)
