Job summary

You will connect loyalty drivers with growth and profitability across customer, dealer, and client journeys, using both qualitative and quantitative research.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and executive collaboration to deliver action-oriented insights in a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience linking insights to business outcomes and executive decisions.
• Experience building or leading enterprise customer insights or analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics, Medallia, or BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate key drivers of loyalty and attraction for customers, dealers, and clients.
• Measure performance across products, channels, and journeys.
• Benchmark against competitors and best alternatives.
• Quantify economic value of improvements in journeys and experiences.
• Lead AI-enabled insights and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Translate insights into actions for senior leadership and stakeholders.
