Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service Leadership Team and staffing across functions.
• Drive strategic vision, standards, and performance for customer service.
• Collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
• Provide executive updates on customer trends, risks, and performance.
