Nordic Naturals seeks a Director of Customer Experience to lead and optimize our multi‑channel customer service across D2C, B2B, and B2C segments. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, set service standards, and drive improvements using data, processes, and technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Five+ years of leading customer service teams.
• Advanced SAP/order-to-cash knowledge and related processes.

• Oversee SAP order journey from placement to post‑sales support.
• Coach and develop the Customer Service team for high performance.
