Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field preferred in technology, business, or finance.
• 5+ years leading teams in client service, operations, or technology support.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management is strongly preferred.

• Lead Technology Services team for advisor and firm setup, configuration, and stabilization across platforms.
• Ensure SLA adherence, monitor case aging, and prevent service degradation.
