Responsibilities

• Coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations
• Maintains communication with department managers and client partners
• Tours and inspects the facility to ensure total quality management requirements in custodial and housekeeping operations
• Reviews job orders and specifications to understand material and labor required and coordinates activities of custodial staff
• Maintains compliance with Aramark’s standards, client standards, and all regulations; keeps records as required
• Understands departmental expenses such as supply needs and labor costs to maintain budget conditions
