Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of professional culinary experience, including scratch cooking and kitchen leadership.
• Experience leading teams in hospitality, senior living, restaurant, hotel, or healthcare dining environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• ServSafe Certification required

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary and dining services across multiple venues to ensure high-quality food, beverages, and service.
• Develop and deliver thoughtfully designed seasonal menus reflecting creativity, cultural diversity, and resident preferences.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and operational cleanliness.
• Create dining experiences residents look forward to at every meal and incorporate feedback for improvements.
• Recruit, train, and lead culinary and dining associates; manage staffing and labor resources.
