The position requires culinary-related education or experience, Food Manager Certification, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with culinary training or equivalent experience.
• Applicable state/county licensure required.
• Food Manager Certification, or ability to obtain.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the dining services team for seniors.
• Manage daily kitchen and dining operations within budget.
• Coordinate with vendors and leadership for food safety compliance.
• Assist with menu planning and special events.
• Support marketing efforts to enhance resident satisfaction.
