Job summary

CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid is seeking a hands-on BizDev/Product Lead to launch and scale a new B2B product in crypto, blockchain, payments, and fintech. You’ll own commercial strategy, GTM planning, and revenue growth, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Bizdev teams to convert market opportunities into a scalable product line.

• Experience in fintech, crypto, blockchain, payments, or digital assets.
• Experience working with B2B products and the full sales cycle.
• Proven ability to launch a new product or enter a new market.
• Ability to translate client requirements into product requirements.
• Strong focus on revenue, client value, and product-market fit.

Responsibilities

• Own the launch of a new product within the company's portfolio.
• Define commercial strategy, target segments, value proposition, and go-to-market plan.
• Identify and validate B2B customer needs and market opportunities.
• Discuss product functionality and priorities with stakeholders.
• Translate market feedback into product requirements and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product for MVP launch and prioritization.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pitch materials, and sales enablement assets.
• Track metrics: pipeline, conversion, revenue potential, adoption, feedback.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, fintechs, and institutions.
